Frequently asked questions

What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 30 minutes before pickup and it's free. Between 10–30 minutes before pickup, a NOK 299 fee applies. Inside 10 minutes of pickup — or once your driver has arrived — you'll be charged 50% of the trip fare.
How does surge pricing work?
Pricing adjusts automatically for your scheduled pickup time — a +25% rush-hour rate applies 07:00–09:00 and 16:00–18:00, and a +50% night rate applies 23:00–05:00. You'll always see the final price before you pay.
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when booking an airport transfer and we'll keep an eye on it. Every airport pickup includes up to 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing at no extra charge (45 minutes on VIP), so a short delay won't cost you anything extra.
What's included with VIP Service?
VIP gets you a driver who meets you inside the terminal (with an umbrella if the weather calls for it) rather than waiting curbside, and who opens and closes the door for you. It also includes 45 minutes of complimentary wait time, water and charging cables onboard, and up to two additional stops on your route at no extra charge.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay) via Stripe, or Vipps for a fast, local checkout.
How far in advance can I book?
As far ahead as you'd like — enter your date and time in the booking form and we'll confirm a driver for that slot.
Do you operate outside Oslo city centre?
Yes — we cover all of Oslo and Akershus, including Gardermoen, Sandvika, Lillestrøm, Asker and Ski.
